NetworkIN Cheshire
Business & Marketing
Content Creation
This project focused on capturing and amplifying a fast paced live networking event in Nantwich, Cheshire, organised by Pam Allen, designed to raise visibility for NetworkIN and support membership growth in January.
The brief was not just to document the event, but to turn one morning of networking into a bank of versatile, high quality social media content that could be used organically and through paid promotion across multiple platforms.
Pam wanted to achieve three key things:
Give the event immediate visibility on social media
Promote NetworkIN as an approachable, valuable referral marketing organisation
Create reusable video content that could support future marketing and advertising
The content needed to feel authentic, energetic, and people focused, while being delivered quickly enough to maintain momentum after the event.
The challenge was to:
Capture meaningful soundbites without disrupting the flow of the event
Cover multiple content angles in a short time window
Ensure the footage worked across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Deliver a post event video within 24 hours
To make this possible, a clear plan and structured approach were essential.
One fast paced networking event was transformed into a comprehensive content library that:
Extended the life of the event well beyond the day itself
Promoted NetworkIN in a human, accessible way
Provided social proof through real voices and experiences
Created assets that could support ongoing marketing and member growth
This project demonstrates how planning, structure, and the right questions can turn limited time into high impact results.
Before the event, we mapped out a clear content plan that balanced structure with flexibility.
This included:
Pre planned question categories to avoid hesitation on the day
A mix of serious, value driven questions and lighter, fun prompts
A workflow designed for rapid editing and fast turnaround
Rather than trying to capture everything, the focus was on intentional content that could be repurposed in different ways.
Delivered within 24 hours, this video showcased:
The atmosphere of the event
Key moments and interactions
Short attendee comments and reactions
This gave the event instant visibility and helped maintain momentum while the experience was still fresh.
We interviewed three speakers, focusing on:
What they spoke about
Key takeaways for attendees
Practical insights delegates could apply immediately
These were edited into individual videos, positioned as thought leadership and value driven content.
We created a series of videos highlighting:
The core benefits of the NetworkIN model
Hidden benefits people might not expect
How networking has directly helped members’ businesses
Advice for people who had not yet attended
This content was designed to reduce barriers and answer common hesitations.
We asked direct questions such as:
“Isn’t networking stuffy?”
These clips captured honest reactions and helped challenge outdated perceptions of networking in a relatable way.
To balance the more informational videos, we included lighter content such as:
“Breakfast, people or referrals?”
A tally style edit where answers were counted visually
This added personality, increased watch time, and made the content more shareable.
In total, the project delivered:
15 fully edited videos
Branded with music, titles, and captions
Optimised for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Ready for both organic posting and paid social advertising
All content was designed to be flexible, allowing NetworkIN to use it across platforms and campaigns without additional editing.
