Content Creation
When Evolve Flowers owner Helen Chambers was commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council to decorate a double-decker bus with flowers, she knew it was a brilliant creative opportunity, and one that deserved to be captured properly for future marketing.
Evolve brought Crest Social in to document the project in action and create a bank of content they could use long after the event.
Evolve Flowers wanted to:
Capture the behind-the-scenes story of decorating a double-decker bus with flowers the day before the show
Document the team at work – from design and preparation to installation on the bus
Record interviews with Helen and the team, covering:
How the project came about
The creative process and logistics
Some fun, light-hearted questions to show the personality behind the brand
The content needed to feel natural, energetic and social-media ready – something that would stop the scroll and showcase just how creative Evolve Flowers can be.
This wasn’t a controlled studio shoot – it was a live install day with a lot happening at once.
The entire build needed to be covered in a single content day, with no second chance to re-create moments.
Work was happening in multiple spots around the bus, so filming and photography had to be reactive and fast-moving.
The final assets needed to work across social media, website and future pitches, combining visual impact with a strong sense of story.
On the day before the show, Crest Social:
Shadowed Helen and the Evolve team throughout the build
Captured a mix of wide shots, process shots and close-up floral details as the bus came to life
Filmed interviews with Helen and team members, mixing meaningful questions about the project with lighter, fun questions to show their personalities
Focused on creating content that felt authentic, upbeat and shareable, rather than staged
Following the content day, Evolve Flowers received:
36 high-quality edited images, including:
Team-in-action shots
Progress stages of the bus build
Hero images of the finished flower bus
Detail shots of the floral work
5 fully edited videos, all:
Cut, styled and formatted for social media
Complete with titles, captions, transitions and music
Ready-to-post for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
This gave Evolve Flowers a versatile content bank they could use to:
Showcase their collaboration with Lincolnshire County Council
Demonstrate what’s possible for future large-scale creative commissions
Highlight both their craftsmanship and personality to potential clients and partners
